Joey and Jane Pierce have been married for 42 years after meeting and dating at Cactus Drive Church of Christ in Levelland, TX.  Jane is currently a math teacher with the Brownfield Independent School District and has thirty-one years in the field of education.  They are the parents of four grown married children with four bonus in-law children.  One of their greatest blessings though, is their twelve grandchildren ranging in age from sixteen to two years.

Joey has served as the pulpit minister, bible class teacher and youth leader at the Morton Church of Christ for almost thirty years.  He leads Gospel meetings, Biblical financial workshops, home bible studies, and online bible studies via Zoom.  During Covid, Joey was instrumental in finding a way to reach out to members, the community, and across the world by setting up a Church webpage and streaming services on Facebook.  Those services are continuing today and have reached hundreds of thousands.  Joey and Jane have authored their own bible class material for Kindergarten through adults titled The Bible Timeline which takes students from Genesis and the creation of the world to the cross and resurrection of Christ and His church.

Joey has a servant’s heart and is passionate about reaching out to the lost and leading them to salvation.  Teaching others about the love the Lord has for them and the freedom they receive in giving themselves to the Lord is always on his mind.
